Worldwide Developers Conference 2010: What To Expect

The time has almost come, to be amazed. Or be disappointed. But I guarantee you that you will be one of the two, the best of the best will be out in numbers waving their pvc banners. I’m hoping to be amazed, and with the way things are looking so far, we’re in good shape.

Not only are we going to see the new iPHONE, we are going to see a new operating system that is compatible with the iPHONE, and iADS, which is supposed to be more interactive. And we can definitely expect a few surprises. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if Apple decided to unveil a new product or series of merchandise. I would be thrilled to see it, but not surprised.

Also expect to see a new game center social network, in which you will be able to play multiplayer games against your friends, as well as leader boards. It’s going to be like console or PC gaming, but on your phone. How sweet is that? Pretty darn sweet if you ask me.

When exactly is the event? It is currently going on and will end on June 11th in San Francisco at Moscone Center West. Don’t expect to be able to get in without a fight, as I’m sure the crowds will be there and in good fashion. But that’s not to say you can’t keep track of it online and hear all the latest buzz.

Apple has already announced the release of the iPhone 4 and there is likely to be more to come. If you want to keep abreast of what is happening you can take part in the number of sessions and labs to held. You can choose from Core OS labs to developer tools.

We all have that friend that seems to know about all the latest products and inventions years before they ever hit the market. And we never believe them until it happens. Well, believe them.
